We get back to you
Within 48 hours of receiving your intake form, we reach out to schedule your first conversation. That call is not a sales pitch. It is a chance for us to understand your situation a little better, answer any questions you have, and confirm the right engagement for where you are. From there, if it feels like the right fit, we send over a proposal and agreement and get started.

Your discovery session
We conduct a structured discovery session
This is the heart of the engagement. The discovery session runs one to two hours depending on the engagement you selected and covers eight areas: your goals and growth targets, current marketing efforts and channels, ROI and budget, brand and positioning, competitive landscape, digital presence, team and vendors, and customer journey. We come prepared. We go deep. We ask the questions most founders have never been asked about their own marketing.

Behind the scenes
We do the research and build your report
After the discovery session, we review your digital presence, audit your current channels, research your competitive landscape, and build your Marketing Clarity Report. This is not a templated document. It is a written analysis specific to your business, your market, and the decision you are facing. Gap scores are assigned to each evaluation area. Recommendations are prioritized. A phased roadmap is built from the ground up.

You receive your Marketing Clarity Report
The report is delivered as a professional written document designed to be shared with your leadership team and used as a working reference. It covers where you stand across all eight evaluation areas, what is working and what is not, your top prioritized recommendations, a phased action roadmap, and a primary recommendation on your next marketing hire or decision. This is the answer to the question you came in with.

Within 30 days of delivery
We meet for your follow-up call
Every engagement includes a follow-up call within 30 days of report delivery. This is where we review what you have done with the recommendations, talk through any questions that came up after reading the report, and decide together what makes sense next. Some clients move forward on their own. Others choose to continue working with Praxis in an advisory capacity. Either way, you leave with clarity and a plan.
