Brandi Morris started her photography business young, before she had a business plan, a marketing budget, or any idea what she was doing. What she had was a camera, a drive to make it work, and a family counting on her. She figured it out the hard way, one decision at a time, and built a successful business over 17 years doing it.

Throughout that journey and the years she spent helping other companies with their marketing strategy, she kept hearing the same thing from fellow entrepreneurs: confusion about who to hire, uncertainty about whether it was working, and a deep distrust of the process because nobody had ever explained what to look for, which numbers actually mattered, or how to course-correct when something felt off.
